Events and Social Officer - Wish this existed in the States!

We had our first meeting of the International Student Society. I had to meet with the other board members at 11a.m. before my 12p.m. class. We started planning our first trip which will be to the Cliffs of Moher. The trip will take place the first weekend in February. We also talked about a trip at the end of February to Belfast. The good thing about the trips is that I do not have to pay to go on the trips because I am a board member. Who would have thought that I could not only be in charge of parties but also get free trips out of the deal. Pretty amazing. I love the fact that in Ireland they literally had to name someone to be in charge of social gatherings because the Irish love to go out so much. We have another meeting next week at the same time. I am actually enjoying the club so far.
